VIP Club Terms & Conditions
- The Casino VIP Club is a loyalty and rewards program that grants exclusive benefits based on the total lifetime deposit amount of each player. VIP status is permanent once the required deposit threshold is reached. All thresholds are calculated in Nigerian Naira (₦).
- VIP Levels and Lifetime Deposit Requirements:
- Classic– ₦200,000
- Champion – ₦1,000,000
- Bronze VIP – ₦2,500,000
- Silver VIP – ₦8,000,000
- Gold VIP – ₦17,500,000
- Platinum VIP – ₦35,000,000
- Diamond VIP – ₦90,000,000
- Royal VIP – ₦175,000,000
- Legend VIP – ₦430,000,000
- Once a level is achieved, it is granted permanently. There is no requirement to maintain a monthly deposit volume. VIP status is assigned based on the NGN value of total deposits made to the Casino account.
- All wagering requirements, limits, and maximum win caps are governed by the Casino’s Bonus Terms & Conditions.
- Each level unlocks a one-time level-up bonus:

- Royal VIP – ₦500,000 + 100 Free Spins (Sweet Bonanza); cash and free spins prizes have no wagering requirements; ₦150,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Legend VIP – ₦500,000 + 100 Free Spins (Snoop Dogg Dollars); cash and free spins prizes have no wagering requirements; ₦150,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds.
- Weekly cashback is awarded based on net losses (total bets minus total wins) and varies by level:
- Classic – 10% up to ₦50,000, 5x wagering, ₦10,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Champion – 13% up to ₦75,000, 5x wagering, ₦25,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Bronze VIP – 15% up to ₦100,000, 4x wagering, ₦25,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Silver VIP – 20% up to ₦150,000, 3x wagering, ₦50,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Gold VIP – 21% up to ₦175,000, 3x wagering, ₦50,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Platinum VIP – 22% up to ₦200,000, 2x wagering, ₦100,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Diamond VIP – 23% up to ₦250,000, 1x wagering, ₦100,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Royal VIP – 24% up to ₦275,000, 0x wagering, ₦150,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Legend VIP – 25% up to ₦300,000, 0x wagering, ₦150,000 max win per spin played with bonus funds
- Weekly cashback is credited automatically every Wednesday between 12:00 and 15:00 UTC.
- Weekly cashback applies to real money losses over the last 7 days, calculated as: bets - wins - bonuses issued - bonuses canceled.
- A minimum of ₦1,000 in real money losses is required to qualify for weekly cashback.
- Weekly cashback is a bonus that must be activated in the Promo tab before playing. Valid for 5 days after activation.
- Weekly cashback bet limits are capped at ₦2,250 per spin.
- In addition to level-up bonuses and cashback, VIP players receive daily free spins. Players from Classic to Silver VIP receive standard or VIP-tier daily free spins. From Gold VIP and above, players gain access to premium daily free spins with enhanced value.
- From Champion level and higher, players are eligible to join VIP-only tournaments and promotions. From Silver VIP and higher, players may receive personalized gifts and invitations to exclusive real-world experiences, such as gadgets, fashion items, holidays, or events. From Champion and above, players are also assigned a dedicated VIP Account Manager and receive priority communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- VIP status, bonuses, and rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the player to whom they are assigned. Full KYC verification is required to receive any VIP-related rewards, cashback, or gifts. Failure to provide verification documents may delay or result in cancellation of such benefits.
- The Casino reserves the right to deny VIP status or exclude any player from the program based on internal criteria, including account history, risk profile, or responsible gaming status. VIP status may be withheld, adjusted, or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Casino.
- Players with active responsible gaming limits (including deposit, session, or loss limits), or those under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, may have VIP status restricted or temporarily deactivated. The Casino promotes responsible gaming and reserves the right to limit or remove promotional activity to protect vulnerable players.
- VIP accounts that remain inactive for 90 consecutive days may have benefits paused or suspended. Lifetime VIP status will remain assigned, but cashback, bonuses, and communication may be temporarily discontinued until the player resumes regular activity.
- The use of multiple accounts, collusion, bonus manipulation, or any other form of abuse will result in immediate removal from the VIP program and forfeiture of all benefits, bonuses, and eligibility for future participation. In such cases, the Casino also reserves the right to retroactively cancel any rewards granted through the program and may close the player's account if necessary.
- It is the player’s responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes on winnings, bonuses, or physical rewards received through the VIP program, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- If a player closes their Casino account or it is closed by the Casino team for any reason, all VIP privileges and associated rewards will be revoked. The Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club or any player’s membership without prior notice.
