VIP Club Terms & Conditions
- The Casino VIP Club is a loyalty and rewards program that grants exclusive benefits based on the total lifetime deposit amount of each player. VIP status is permanent once the required deposit threshold is reached. All thresholds are calculated in Nigerian Naira (₦).
- VIP Levels and Lifetime Deposit Requirements:
- Bronze VIP – ₦2,000,000
- Silver VIP – ₦8,000,000
- Gold VIP – ₦17,500,000
- Platinum VIP – ₦35,000,000
- Diamond VIP – ₦90,000,000
- Royal VIP – ₦175,000,000
- Legend VIP – ₦430,000,000
- Once a level is achieved, it is granted permanently. There is no requirement to maintain a monthly deposit volume. VIP status is assigned based on the NGN value of total deposits made to the Casino account.
- All wagering requirements, limits, and maximum win caps are governed by the Casino’s Bonus Terms & Conditions.
- VIP status, bonuses, and rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the player to whom they are assigned. Full KYC verification is required to receive any VIP-related rewards, cashback, or gifts. Failure to provide verification documents may delay or result in cancellation of such benefits.
- The Casino reserves the right to deny VIP status or exclude any player from the program based on internal criteria, including account history, risk profile, or responsible gaming status. VIP status may be withheld, adjusted, or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Casino.
- Players with active responsible gaming limits (including deposit, session, or loss limits), or those under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, may have VIP status restricted or temporarily deactivated. The Casino promotes responsible gaming and reserves the right to limit or remove promotional activity to protect vulnerable players.
- VIP accounts that remain inactive for 90 consecutive days may have benefits paused or suspended. Lifetime VIP status will remain assigned, but cashback, bonuses, and communication may be temporarily discontinued until the player resumes regular activity.
- Personal bonus code. Each Bonus Code and QR Code is provided strictly for personal use and is non-transferable. It is strictly prohibited to share, transfer, or distribute the code to another person, whether offline or online. Any violation of this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and/or deactivation of the corresponding code without prior notice.
- The use of multiple accounts, collusion, bonus manipulation, or any other form of abuse will result in immediate removal from the VIP program and forfeiture of all benefits, bonuses, and eligibility for future participation. In such cases, the Casino also reserves the right to retroactively cancel any rewards granted through the program and may close the player's account if necessary.
- It is the player’s responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes on winnings, bonuses, or physical rewards received through the VIP program, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- If a player closes their Casino account or it is closed by the Casino team for any reason, all VIP privileges and associated rewards will be revoked. The Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club or any player’s membership without prior notice.
